TO HEAT place your wheat bag & a cup of water in the microwave for approximately 1 - 2 minutes. Times may vary depending on your microwave wattage. Always test the temperature before applying to the affected area. Always allow your wheat bag to cool completely before reheating. Do not overheat the wheat bag. WARNING - Do not leave heated wheat bags unattended.
TO USE COLD Place in a sealed plastic bag in the refrigerator or freezer for at least 45 minutes.
